| Capacity |
1. Applications are accepted only when there are vacancies in regular student classes.
2. After classes begin, applications may be accepted at any time if there is an available class.

| Study Period |
1. Students may study for any period of 4 weeks or longer, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), in morning or afternoon sessions.
2. Students may not attend multiple classes at the same time.
3. Absences and lateness without valid reason are not permitted, as with regular students. |
| Eligibility |
| Students who do not hold a student visa, such as dependent visa holders or permanent residents. |
| Application Documents |
1. Application form (school-designated form)
2. Immigration history declaration form (school-designated form)
3. Passport (to be presented)
4. Residence card (to be presented)
5. Two photos [4 cm high × 3 cm wide] (including one attached to the application form)

| Screening Method |
| Screening is conducted through document review and an interview at the time of application. |
| Fees |
Application screening fee: 5,500 yen
Entrance fee: 22,000 yen
Tuition fee (4 weeks): 88,000 yen
Thereafter: 22,000 yen per week
* Teaching materials must be purchased separately at actual cost (approximately 33,000 yen per year). |
| Consultation for Private Lessons |
* Applicants who cannot join a regular class may consult with us about private lessons until they can be placed in a class.
For private lessons, the entrance fee is waived.
Tuition is 4,400 yen per 45-minute lesson.

※Tuition納入後、入学を辞退した場合は、入学選考料及び入学金は返金できません。
* After classes begin, tuition fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason.
* If absences or lateness are excessive, continued attendance may be refused even during the study period.
* When ending auditing, please notify both the homeroom teacher and the office.
無断で１ヶ月以上欠席、或いはTuitionの納入が滞った場合は聴講を終了したとみなします。
* Student ID cards, diplomas, transcripts, recommendation letters, and other certificates cannot be issued.
