Nagoya Academy of Education welcomes students who wish to improve their Japanese language ability and achieve their goals for higher education and the future.

3. Eligibility
Applicants must have completed 12 years or more of school education or an equivalent course; have a clear purpose of study; be able to pay tuition and living expenses; comply with Japanese laws and school rules; have Japanese ability equivalent to JLPT N5 or at least 150 hours of Japanese study; and have a reliable financial supporter or guarantor.

Applications may close when capacity is reached.

5. Screening
Document screening, interview or online interview, and a Japanese written test if necessary. For overseas applicants, an interview with a parent or financial supporter may also be required.
6. Application Procedure
1. Confirm the admission guidelines and application documents.
2. Prepare the required documents and submit them with the application screening fee.
3. After document screening, an interview or test will be conducted.
4. Successful applicants will receive admission procedure information.
5. The school applies for the Certificate of Eligibility.
6. After the certificate is issued, pay the required fees.
7. Receive the admission permit and Certificate of Eligibility, then apply for a visa.
8. After arrival in Japan, complete enrollment procedures and orientation.
7. Main Application Documents
Application form, statement of purpose, graduation certificate or expected graduation certificate, academic transcript, proof of Japanese study or Japanese ability, financial support statement, bank balance certificate and other financial documents, passport copy, ID photos, and other documents requested by the school.
